This is Becky's Recipe and it is really good. I made it for Golden's mother's B-Day.
6 eggs
1 c. Sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 1\2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1 can evaporated milk
1 can media creamer (found in the Mexican food section)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
strawberries
whipped topping
Grease and flour glass 9x13 pan. Pre-heat oven to 350. Seperate the whites and the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. In a large mixing bowl, beat yolks, sugar, and vanilla until thick and lemon-colored. Gently fold whites into yolk mixture. Sift flour and baking powder together and fold into egg mixture. Don't overmix. Bake for 25-30 mins. Cake is done when edges pull away from sides of pan. Take cake out and let cool for 5 mins. Scrape the crust off the top of the cake with a butter knife. Let cool completely. Pour evaporated milk, creamer, and condensed milk on top of cake. Refrigerate at least an hour (longer if possible.) Top with strawberries and whipped topping.
